Seriously. You might as well -3 Red Eyes and main deck 3 Royal Decree. I can understand wanting graveyard set-up but understand that now that Dragon Rulers have been limited to 1 each the amount of times you will have to use it's effect is severely decreased, Royal Decree will allow you ease of mind when trying to otk. But in all honesty seriously let the deck die already.

okay seriously what do you guys have against maiden?
Maiden is only (barely) good in decks that actually have cards in their Main Deck that can trigger her effect. Because if you simply just splash it into your deck, expecting your opponent to do it for you, you have another thing coming. No opponent will ever be so dumb as to purposely trigger Maiden's effect, unless they are prepared with an answer to Blue-Eyes.
Plus, she is a Spellcaster, meaning there is no synergy with anything in the deck.

Hmmm it looks like a good engine to try out, but why run Red-Eyes? I really don't see a reason to run it.

After your updated version, you still aren't running triple dragon shrine, if you want to be running dragon rulers, then you should at least be running the closest thing to ravine that lets you load up your grave, which is dragon shrine and should be at 3. Don't think sacred sword of seven stars is viable as draw power now considering that all the rulers have been limited to 1 and you may not be able to afford one getting banished, you could retrieve it with reincarnation but you have other targets that you have mentioned anyway. it's a good attempt, but there are so many conflicting concepts in your deck that cancels out moves that you could potentially make during a duel. trade-in is a great draw power card for a blue-eyes engine of course, but dragon shrine will give you immediate access to the Dragon rulers and have the ability to use their effects. so by sending blue eyes to the grave and then a ruler, you have one less target for trade-in and you only run 2. Also, you are banishing cards like blue-eyes for the dragon rulers but then you run silver's cry which mostly won't be a live card until you retrieve the blue eyes in your banished section with reincarnation which you may not draw or you may draw different dimension reincarnation that won't always be live either. There could also be some seriously dodgy hands with this deck like let's say for example, guard, effect veiler, royal decree, MST, trade-in and then silver's cry or reincarnation.

The Mythic Dragons shouldn't be run at three, they work nicely at 2 each, they don't clog and you have them when you need them. Dragon shrine really does need to be run at three as it's the best thing dragons now have for setting up their graveyard. You should take out the Thunder End Dragon and replace it with another Divine Dragon Knight Felgrand, as your only viable way to summon 2 Blue-Eyes to the field, involves using D.D.R. or a silvers cry.
