Not much to explain about the deck in general. I will say, however, that I do not main a Spellbook of Control mostly because I feel it is too situational since you need Spellbooks in your grave to use it, Spellbooks that are being used for the Priestess Loop. I do, as you can see, Side 1 of those Spellbooks just in case.

If you have any questions on why I run any card or have any card in my Side Deck, feel free to ask.

my idea is :

-1spelb magician of prophecy +1 Hanged man of prophecy
-2 force +2 monk
-1 spellbook tower and -2 wand for +3 secret village of spellcasters for more control
If you play secret village -2 mst +1 magical dimension and terraforming
-1 burial -1 tracherous +3 decree

My idea is to take control of the field with secret village and decree. At this point with priestess you can get an easy win..

The deck would lose a lot of consistency if I were to do that. Spellbook Magician can search the field spell (or Spellbook of Secrets which can search the Field spell). Wonder Wand is good for drawing and can be used wit Hanged Man or Spellbook Magician for a good combo.

Burial can send certain cards (Night's End, Hanged Man, even Priestess) to the grave for me to combo with certain cards (Exemplar to revive Night's End or Spellbook of Life to revive Priestess or add a Temperance to my hand if Hanged Man is sent) and honestly Treacherous Trap Hole is better than Decree for this deck.

Summoner Monk is an interesting choice (if I can assume you meant him) but Strength can give me a way to get over some bigger monsters for example: use Strength's effect and return a Spellbook to my deck and then play Spellbook of Power then making Strength 3000 attack, able to get over a Red-Eyes. Summoner Monk may be a Side Deck choice, but I don't know what I'd replace for it.

Finally, with so many popular decks having at least one Spellcaster (Chaos Decks have Chaos Sorcerer, anything with Lightsworn has Lyla and most decks have Veiler at the very least) I feel Secret Village wouldn't be as good here. Also, Spellbook Tower gives me an extra draw (which is always good)
