you were doing alright, making smart, conscious meta-counter decisions before you up and decided to include far too many xyzs.

  • first up, we have DK trident. this guy has no business being in the deck. there is no way to make him efficiently even in a build that tries to abuse him, but it's downright impossible to even do in this deck.
  • okay, we have a nice set of 3 level 8 synchros, but there's a surprising lack of crimson blader, who is massive and hilarious and wrecks so many decks he's definitely needed to shut down WATER.
  • M7, atum, and 2 bounzers? you'll be hard-pressed to use one, let along 2 bounzers. you need to take one out in order to explore other options
  • similarly to the double bounzer thing, 3 rank 4s is excessive. queen dragun is not needed, and you'll only need one of chidori and zerofyne, since they practically cover each other considering any instance where you'd actually make either of the two.

in addition, you'll be looking at these enemies next format:

  • dark world (many of their counters are gone)
  • bujin (triple-protected yamato is annoying as hell)
  • infernity (loops and triple costless solemn)
  • evilswarm (were not hit at all)
  • water (+2 summons, level 7 beatings)
  • fire fist, both 3- and 4-axis (bear is a thing, also heavy backrow)
  • constellar (pleiades means you can't play for 2 turns)
  • other dragunity players

okay, so we need stuff that can

  • stop graveyard plays
  • eliminate threats with heavy protection
  • remove backrow as an answer to plays
  • stop massive search power while not minusing self

here's a list of cards that can help in this:

  • dd crow (grapha, dragunity, infernity)
  • droll & lock bird (grapha, dragunity, infernity, mermail, 3-axis fire fist)
  • xyz encore (kills ophion and abyssgaios)
  • maxx c (hampers every deck i just mentioned, sans bujin)
  • mind drain (no hand traps is always nice)
  • royal decree (infernity, bujin, 4-axis, everything else)
  • shadow-imprisoning mirror (dark world, evilswarm, any other dangerous dark deck)
  • light-imprisoning mirror (bujin, constellar)
  • soul drain (dark world, bujin)
  • imperial iron wall (dark world, bujin, anti-meta, dragunity loops)
  • trap stun (one-turn decree means your own traps are still live)
  • breakthrough skill (herald of perfection, cards that leave the field for costs, hampers decks across the board)

basically, pick between 5 and 8 of those and do whatever you want.

In addition to Erosion Seekers advice here's what I did to edit my own build, follow these with your own discretion:

Main Deck:

-1 Tempest, Dragon Ruler of Storms (With Gold Sarc at 1 now their's no reasong to run 3)

-1 Mist Valley Baby Roc (Good with Ravine and Gae Dearg but no needed)

-1 Garuda, Spirit of Wind (2 can kill hands, and you really don't want to dedicate grave resource for Garuda)

+2 Effect Veiler (this little extra push can be murderously game changing)

+1 Mystical Space Tyhpoon (Helps eradicate those annoying trap cards)

You can also swap the 2 Mirror Forces for 2 Royal Decrees, depends on your taste

Extra Deck:

-1 Dragunity Knight Trident (you can't make him easily and he won't help you much)

-1 Photon Strike Bounzer (1 is enough and you won't really make 2 as Tempest Dragunities can go near or beyong Turbo Deck speeds)

-1 Rank 4 XyZ (you won't really be using XyZs other than maybe Atum, and Gaia Dragon the Thunder Charger, so remove either Lightning Chidori or Queen Dragun Djinn) (remove 2 if you like for more room)

-1 Jewelled Red Dragon Archfiend only if you have built or plan on building this deck in real life for tournament use, if not then leave it

+1 Crimson Blader (I don't comprehend why you don't run this card, it's too good and game-sealiing not to use)

+1 Thought Ruler Archfiend or Red Dragon Archfiend (Use Thought Ruler to be on the safe side, both Targets for Eradicator Epidemic Virus)

+1 Colossal Fighter ( target for EEV and can bring back your Crimson Blader)

+1 Dragunity Knight - Gae Dearg (gives purpose to Mist Valley Baby Roc; use this only if you choose to remove Jewelled Red Dragon Archfiend)

Side Deck:

+2 Droll and Lock Bird or D.D. Crow

+2 Flying "C" (swap target with Main Deck Maxx "C" and can stop huge XyZs plays)

+2 Shadow-Imprisoning Mirror (hurts afew Main Deck monsters but not a lot, stops Dark World)

+2 Light-Imprisoning Mirror (hurts Bujins and Constellars slightly)

+2 Forbidden Lance (swap with Main Deck Forbidden Chalice)

+1 Eradicator Epidemic Virus (hurts spell heavy/ trap heavy decks like Infernities, Spellbooks, Fire Fists [not so much but slows fire fists down])

+1 Imperial Iron Wall (very little banishing will take place this coming format but can't hurt to play)

+2 Mind Drain (hand traps are still annoying even if the March 2013 Meta is gone)

+1 Personal Tech that you'd like to include, perhaps use Mist Valley Baby Roc as your tech.

Other than that, your build is nothing short of great.

Any help at all?

Putting what the deck needs aside I am just going to throw together a quick and cheap side deck that can actually fit in with well any decent deck.

Dark bribe x3 (I find this useful for most decks)

Magic Cylinder x3 (I just  love this card)

Phoenix wing wind blast x2 (it works like compulsory but with a discard drawback)

Royal Decree x2 (you never know when you'll need this)

Forbidden Lance x2 (you may wanna swap this for chalice in the main but its your deck)

Mist valley baby Roc x3 (just works good in dragunity decks from that I've faced)

This is just a side deck I through together in my head in like 2 minutes if I thought about it longer it'd be better but mainly this side deck is an idea starter you know something to get you on a better track. Hope it helps  ^_^

Ever thought of possibly running the stardust assault mode variant? It's a bit better this format since judgments gone, and the formats a bit slower --

-- SDAM is just OP either way, but it's more OP this format.

He's right, just a tweak here and a tweak their after you've updated your deck with the other suggestions and you can make an over-powered Stardust Assault Mode Variant that can use Stardust Assault Mode as discard fodder alongside Tempest.

In Tempest Dragunity Builds, you almost never want to summon Tempest through their own effect or even through Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon's effect, it's best to keep them live in hand for discard fodder and consistency; only for some generic in-game OTKs if you can should you special summon Tempest.

Drassault is fragile. You bait out SDD/AM, and their deck is instantly dead.

It's not even difficult to stare down 2 backrow plus SDD/AM (they should've had 3 set with one being AMA), because you're often met with "use SDD/AM poorly or lose it", where the obvious answer would be "use it poorly".

It's not overpowered, but it offers a level of control that's almost unprecedented otherwise, because having a Quasar floater that rarely backfires is incredibly strong. It's still better to eliminate the opponent directly rather than trying to grind them down, because there WILL eventually be a point where they'll find an answer.

Trident Dragion if you're going to run it should be run over Gae Dearg if you aren't going to play a turbo build. Now, don't listen to RareHunter about removing Photon Strike Bounzer, because he can help you get over certain effects suchs as Maiden with Eyes of Blue which is annoying; but Photon Strike Bounzer effects doesn't target, and that makes all the difference, and this format his effect will be useful as well. For Trident Dragion, only ever summon it if you're certain you will get game and have great luck in pulling off the OTK, if you're like me who always somehow runs into Gorz, Tragodeia, Swift Scarecrow, or Battle Fader everytime you summon Trident Dragion (I have that kind of luck) then don't play him, but he's a good game winner.

"How turbo" is the question that I should be asking.

Because we really have 4 speeds, with the last one dumping Gustav on the opponent for 16000 damage.

no, 16000.

there's the hyper turbo loop, and you just toss 16000 damage at the opponent, to keep them dead twice.

Ultimately, this is perhaps the fastest Turbo build if played properly Kchiu, if you play it right though. Piloting this deck: in about 3 turns I went through 3/4s of the deck and almost emptied my extra deck.

Also to your recent update:

- Mist Valley Baby Roc

+1 Mystical Space Typhoon

It's your style though, Gae Dearg Turbo doesn't necessarily need to use Baby Roc. Other than that, your deck has the potential to go through 2 hands worth of cards if you can.
